Medical PCB Manufacturing at ITL

Medical PCB Manufacturing

We’re one of the few ISO 13485 and FDA GMP certified companies in the UK that provides high volume PCB manufacturing for medical devices.

We provide a fast-turnaround PCB assembly service. In our industry precision is key and our rigorous function testing ensures that everything is working as it should be.

Our PCB manufacturing process has been validated in accordance with FDA GMP 21 CFR Part 820 and our automated build and inspection equipment verifies that all PCBs are manufactured and perform to the highest standards.

Of course, not everything is suitable for automation – that’s why we have a skilled team of through-hole technicians too.

Whatever the scale of your medical device project, we can help. Our team is equipped to manage everything from high volume PCB manufacturing to small scale prototyping projects.

State-of-the-art PCB technology

We’ve recently invested in our on-site technology to double our PCB manufacturing capacity and have upgraded our automated surface mount line to a Europlacer iineo II, which has the highest level of flexibility and feeder count in the industry.

Technical specification for the iieno II:

  • Minimum board size 60mm x 60mm
  • Maximum board size 400mm x 390mm
  • Can place components down to 01005 size
  • Maximum thickness 10mm
