A return to base or on-site service (product/customer specific)
Complete management of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system, from initial reported issue, through rectification, and asset return to the customer
Device History Record (DHR) maintenance to reflect aftersales services performed
Options for repair spare part procurement or utilization of provided components
Options to support product repair handover to the end-user, customer, or a third-party servicing provider. This includes generating a repairs/service manual, generating modular repairs/service kits, and in-person training courses with issued certificates.

Scheduled Maintenance

The same services as detailed for “product repair” but for the scheduled maintenance, servicing, retrofitting, or system upgrades
Individual asset maintenance interval tracking with an end-user return prompting service
Logistics for temporary replacement device coverage while scheduled maintenance is being performed on the customers’ asset

Device Repackaging & Distribution

Repackaging of devices and products for different geographic markets post-import
