Product Repair

  • Fault diagnosis, repair, and testing of damaged or broken devices
  • Warranty returns handling and trending
  • A return to base or on-site service (product/customer specific)
  • Complete management of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system, from initial reported issue, through rectification, and asset return to the customer
  • Device History Record (DHR) maintenance to reflect aftersales services performed
  • Options for repair spare part procurement or utilization of provided components
  • Options to support product repair handover to the end-user, customer, or a third-party servicing provider. This includes generating a repairs/service manual, generating modular repairs/service kits, and in-person training courses with issued certificates.


Scheduled Maintenance

  • The same services as detailed for “product repair” but for the scheduled maintenance, servicing, retrofitting, or system upgrades
  • Individual asset maintenance interval tracking with an end-user return prompting service
  • Logistics for temporary replacement device coverage while scheduled maintenance is being performed on the customers’ asset

Device Installation & Technical Support

  • Product unpacking, system interfacing & setup, on-site commissioning
  • On-site user product training
  • Over the phone/video call technical support
  • Support within the customer/end-users time zone

Device Repackaging & Distribution

  • Repackaging of devices and products for different geographic markets post-import
  • Pairing and tracking of multi-product systems to form “one product” before shipping
  • Device marketing at exhibitions and product demonstrations to potential customers for product launch into the markets/geographies we serve

Warehousing & Logistics

  • Environmentally controlled storage warehousing for product stock
  • Product stock inventory control and tracking
  • Shipping management, including direct to the end-user (drop shipping) or to client specified third party warehousing.
