Who is responsible?

For us to ensure a long-term, mutually-beneficial relationship, it is important to establish ‘who does what’ early-on in a product’s development life-cycle to eliminate any confusion. It is important that both of us take ownership within the process to ensure the roles and responsibilities are directly linked to service level requirements.

When is the best time to start thinking about manufacturing?

Early collaboration between us may lead to faster development timescales and lower costs. The earlier we are approached, the easier it is to establish manufacturing volume expectations, cost parameters, and regulatory requirements.

Is ITL a certified contract manufacturer?

Yes,100%. ITL is audited and accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA CFR 21 part 820. We maintain a Quality Management System to control the design, development, manufacturing, and aftersales processes for products entering worldwide markets.

 What about Intellectual Property (IP)?

We understand that IP is at the heart of every new product, so to put you and your client’s mind at ease, we make every effort to ensure that your IP remains your customers’.
