ITL COVID-19 customer and supplier update

We are aware of our position in the healthcare supply chain. We remain committed to doing everything possible to ensure business continuity while ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and suppliers.

We want to reassure our customers and suppliers that it is business as usual at ITL across all locations.  We have been proactive in our approach, taking necessary steps to minimize disruption while implementing preventative measures to safeguard employees on site.

In March 2020, we established a COVID-19 health and safety committee. The committee continues to monitor the impact on business operations and updates policies and procedures in line with guidance from local and international government and public health authorities. There is regular communication with all employees to ensure that the guidance is understood and followed.

At ITL, our purpose is to deliver safe, reliable, and effective medical devices to improve and save the lives of people around the world. Although we remain aware that there are risks, we continue to monitor the situation and adapt manufacturing capability accordingly to mitigate the risk of impacting customer orders.

Thank you to our employees, suppliers, and customers for your support, flexibility, and patience as we continue to take the necessary actions to respond to what is a fast-moving and constantly evolving situation.
